Welcome to PTW by Anne Collins Duch

My Mission is to provide physical therapy and wellness services for women seeking restoration and/or preservation of obstetric, urology and gynecological health in an environment where she is respected and encouraged to be an active participant in her care.

I am a physical therapist specializing in the treatment of women’s health issues. I am a graduate of the University of Delaware with a B.A. in Biology in 1994 and a Master of Physical Therapy in 1997. In 2008, I became one of approximately 100 Board Certified Women's Health Specialists (WCS) in the United States and am currently the only physical therapist with that distinction in the state of Delaware.

I worked for the Christiana Care network for 11 years while taking over 500 hours of post graduate continuing education with a focus on manual therapy and women's health. I am a Certified Healthy Moms exercise instructor and serve on the Healthy Moms Fitness Company’s Advisory Board. I am a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, the Endometriosis Association, and a member of BirthWorks International. I teach a women’s health special topics class for Del Tech’s PTA program, have presented case rounds at University of Delaware graduate physical therapy program, and am a regular presenter at The Birth Center in Wilmington.

My practice is low volume and located in a beautiful, private setting which allows for quality, effective care. The women I treat come to me at various points across the lifespan and with a wide variety of conditions. My philosophy is one which focuses on partnering with the women I serve to achieve their goals for complete health.
While physical therapy services are at the heart of my practice, I also offer personal training for athletes, women in the pregnant or postpartum period, women with osteopenia / osteoporosis, or those in need of guidance in the area of exercise and wellness. I have a special interest in the introduction of safe exercise for preservation and restoration of optimal health.
