practice is low volume and located in a beautiful, private setting
which allows for quality, effective care. The women I treat come
to me at various points across the lifespan and with a wide variety
of conditions. My philosophy is one which focuses on partnering
with the women I serve to achieve their goals for complete health.
While physical therapy services are at the heart of my practice,
I also offer personal training for athletes, women in the pregnant
or postpartum period, women with osteopenia / osteoporosis, or those
in need of guidance in the area of exercise and wellness. I have
a special interest in the introduction of safe exercise for preservation
and restoration of optimal health.
