The Fit Moms Prenatal Class is appropriate for all fitness levels and may be initiated at any point during your pregnancy.
The MamaBaby Bootcamp Class is also appropriate for all fitness levels and may be initiated after your 6-week postpartum check-up has been completed and you are cleared to exercise.
