Check out my MamaBaby Boot Camp class featured on the NBC 10! Show.

As part of their "Fitness Week”, they were highlighting different exercise groups / gyms that are a bit out of the mainstream. They contacted me in the hope of highlighting a fitness class for Moms-to-Be or New Moms.
