Is treatment covered by insurance?

January 30, 2017

Physical Therapy for Women is a fee-for-service practice so that it can remain committed to focused patient care. Patients pay via check, cash, or credit card at the time of service and are then emailed a billing receipt that may be submitted to their insurance company for direct reimbursement. PT for Women does not provide charts, notes or any further documentation to insurance providers.

Reimbursement amounts vary depending on your insurance plan.  It is recommended that you call your insurance company prior to your first visit to determine what is covered by your plan.  It may be helpful to download the Insurance Benefits Worksheet to assist you in asking the appropriate questions when you call.
