Meet Alison Orga Walker

Alison’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of DE, a Master of Educational Counseling degree from Wilmington University and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in FL. She has completed internships in Louisiana, Oklahoma and in Delaware and has volunteered in Lima Peru, where she assisted geriatric patients in rural communities. Her PT experience has consisted of work in women’s health/pelvic floor clinics, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, outpatient orthopedic clinics, hospitals, and home healthcare. She received her Manual Therapy Certification in 2015 and also has a background in Women’s Health and pelvic floor therapy. Recently, Alison has studied with Dr. Jennifer Mercier in Chicago to obtain the designation of Certified Mercier Fertility Therapist, using manual therapy to assist patients in obtaining their goals of conception. Her background includes treating pelvic floor diagnoses, orthopedic diagnoses/injuries including post surgical patients, back/neck pain, and upper extremity/lower extremity pain. Alison has lived and practiced in CA, NV, FL, PA, and RI. She now resides in the DE/PA area with her husband and 4 year old daughter.
