Many believe pain is an unavoidable symptom following childbirth, surgery, birth control use, or simply getting older. It’s not uncommon to just accept pelvic floor dysfunction or discomfort as part of everyday life. These issues may manifest as urinary urgency, constipation, or painful sexual intercourse.
Often, women’s health issues are treated with medications or surgical procedures. However, many of the conditions listed below can be treated with specialized physical therapy where patients can live symptom free and pain free.
