Wellness Services
At Physical Therapy for Women, Anne is dedicated to helping patients reduce and prevent dysfunction as well as improving overall wellness. These wellness services can be utilized as an extension of physical therapy or simply a way to feel your best. Services are open to patients with osteoporosis, athletes recovering from injury, pregnant women, postpartum moms, or anyone looking to improve their overall health and wellness. In addition, Anne offers one-on-one consulting.

Fit Moms:
This prenatal fitness class is a unique blend of cardiovascular, resistive training, yoga, and childbirth education. It focuses on overall well-being throughout the progression of your pregnancy while emphasizing the primary muscles groups essential for delivery and postpartum recovery. It is never too early or too late in your pregnancy to start this class and it is appropriate for all fitness levels!

MamaBaby Postpartum Recovery:
This postpartum class is a perfect place to restart or initiate a fitness regimen after baby has arrived. Bring your baby and get a sweat on while being led through a safe and effective exercise program designed to address the areas of your body that have been challenged by your pregnancy and delivery. Mamas may join this class after their 6-week postpartum check up and continue until baby becomes mobile.

Vinyasa Yoga:
This is a yoga class that cultivates presence by synchronizing poses with breath. Sequences are set to music and are designed to warm the body, challenge the system, and bring you into perfect relaxation by the conclusion of the class.
Vinyasa yoga helps to release toxins and recharge your body, as well as relieve any mental clutter. It’s sometimes called “Vinyasa Flow.”
